From the Scilly Isles rbout, take the A307 Portsmouth Road west into Esher. After the 2nd set of lights, by the Bear Hotel, keep left, then immediately right at the next lights. Cross over the Portsmouth Road into Church St. and bear left into Lammas Lane. Follow this onto the Hersham bypass. The Barley Mow is in front of you on the rbout at the end of the dual carriageway.
